MJ's Thriller, Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation 1814, and Bruce Springsteen's Born In the USA all have seven top tens from one release, making them the record holders in most official capacities. Teenage Dream has six from its initial release, tying it with two more Jackson albums (janet. and Bad) as well as George Michael's Faith. When counting rereleases of the same album, TD surpasses all of them with eight, and Lady Gaga's The Fame Monster arguably joins the club at seven.
Ariana will likely have four Top 5 hits within two or three weeks, and LMH seems like it will help keep her momentum rolling. Viable future singles from the record include "Break Your Heart Right Back," "Why Try," and "One Last Time" - it's would be hard, but she could make it to seven with those. The most important factor in her ability to do this over one release is how different the era is from TD and TFM; while all three singles so far have peaked in the top four positions and LMH will likely follow suit, none hit #1 and the only MASSIVE hit was "Problem." Whereas other records recently saturated the market with multiple massive #1 smashes (see TD's first five singles, Gaga's first two, and Adele's first three), Ariana's maintain major hit status without becoming overbearingly popular. She hasn't seen any danger of crowding out the market. In addition, subsequent singles could smash simply because of her proportionally low album sales.
However, I'm not sure she and her label will go for it; they may simply decide to go the rerelease route after the fifth single or take a break and release a new single and album in late 2015. In the former case she'd need to reach 8 to tie the record, though the rerelease record may in fact be easier for her to achieve. We'll see.

I didn't know most of this, thanks
But I don't see her label rereleasing, they'll probably just move on after the next single
