I'm a bit put-off by these MegaEvos tbh. It would be cool if they used it only on evolved Pokemon as a way to give them a different look, typing, ability, etc. But they're making temporary in-battle evos of standalone Pokemon in place of actual evolutions? Bye
Why would they pick random pokemon like Ampharos, Mawile and Absol to get mega formes though?
If anything those 3 need REAL evolutions. Not this mega ****.
Well, it gives them something to expand over the next few generations. We haven't had all new evolutions this gen, so I hope the mega evolutions won't be the new transgeneration evolutions
I will definitely not be mad at anything if we still get 120+ new Pokémon including real evolutions for Dunsparce and Chatot. A new form or megalution for Castform wouldn't hurt either

I don't mind the concept of megalutions cause I think it'll be something interesting that's new but not megalutions to those three instead of regular evolutions
