Well, the tickets are sold as "British Summertime Festival - Taylor Swift" and there's 11 different artists playing on the same day as Taylor, she's just the headline act, it's not her event though. So I don't think it will count towards the 1989 Tour, rightfully so tbh.
When you buy tickets it doesn't say 1989 Tour, it just says BST Festival.
EDIT: after doing some research, it seems festivals may be counted towards the tour, i'm not sure about this one in specific. Personally I don't agree with that but I guess they will add it anyway.

BST is very different from say Glastonbury though. People go to Glastonbury and camp out there for 5 days. There are literally hundreds of different acts performing there and people choose to go regardless of who is headlining.
This concert in Hyde Park was part of BST. People just go along for the day and then leave. Just like an extra long concert. Whether BST is included in her gross receipts for 1989 World Tour is determined by whether Taylor is getting the concert ticket receipts or just getting paid to perform. I think it is probably the latter.
Taylor did perform her full set list from 1989 World Tour though. She also gave out those bracelets and had her rising catwalk stage too, so it was different from her Big Weekend concert in Norwich.
