Get to Work wasn't mediocre it just didn't feel right to be first.
I still haven't finished exploring it yet, I just played it for like 5 minutes cos it doesn't feel right to focus on Careers yet.
Same with Ambitions for 3, I ended up playing it years after it came out cos I lacked an interest.
World Adventures was fun, but one you've played it, its boring. You complete the quests, and then what? You go back and do it again and it's boring. Not to mention the quality of half the items was
I mean a Cafe where you walk up to someone behind a checkout, choose as if they are a fridge, and wallah, plate of food that you could have made at home is in your hand
Not to mention there's the major glitch where if you take more than a few Sims, NPC's take up your Sims beds and your actual Sims can't sleep.
World Adventure seemed really detailed, but it lacked replay-ability (a MUST in the Sims) and they worried more about it looking impressive then it actually having good content.
I hope Metropolis is the next EP, I miss cities.
I miss the Sims 1 and 2 days where cars would toot hours on end waiting for a dog to wake up or a Sim to wake up after collapsing on the road from low energy.
