You make it sound like a generality when it's not. Good songs don't always smash by themselves, just like there have been "bad" quick singles that smashed without promo. In fact, what's good to us monsters might not be the same to the GeePee.


Anyway, let's hope she delivers quality wise and has a big promo campaign ready.

Gaga NEEDS promo. She is not Rihanna so that radio will eat her songs up anyway.

Gaga is known for her visuals/theatrics/performances and most of the times (if not all of them) her hits were interwoven with a video or a performance (bad romance, telephone, paparazzi at the vmas etc).


I hope Bobby has already in store a well-planned era with huge promo.
