So I'm taking a class in Jewish History, and both times when the topic of the Kabbalah was brought up in class and during a tour through an Orthodox Jewish neighborhood as a class trip today, Madonna was immediately mentioned by my teacher and the tour guide.
It's like she's so closely associated with it. Though the tour guide said he did not agree with the way she portrays herself while studying under the Kabbalah (if that's the right way of putting it)
