Exactly Lana is trapped in her comfort zone with her one or 2 producers/songwriters. I feel like people can't collaborate with her or something cause she wants 100% full control. She said the same thing after Anthony Mandler directed her videos, I think he was tired of her being so bossy with ideas and editing... Same thing with Justin Parker (hence they unfollowed each other), same thing with Dan Auerbach
She needs to collaborate more to get a fresh sound that is still her own. Get Rick Rubin or Dan Auerbach back maybe?

Love, while I am happy for you that she has spoken to you and let's be honest, with the leaks you have provided us, you did a great job to give us an insight in her previously recorded material, we are gettin a bit anxious about the new album.
What's in the past, can stay there. I'd be much happier if she started talking about the new alboom instead.

so, lana has been with aminé. rocky and frank. hanging out and making random photoshoots with rocky and being at his concert, being on the weeknd's new album, posting the albumcover of rae sremmurd on her insta, went to rihanna's concert.
maybe her new alboom will end up being more "urban" than we thought?
also, brooklyn baby is the 2nd most streamed song from uv on spotify, which is kinda huge since it never was an official single, just a promo single for one week before uv dropped. everybody else would have seen the potential and made it a single
