I feel you kinda. Do you use Chrome? I've been having major issues getting something to actually just play straight through if I try to switch it to HD...glitches up and stops completely sometimes. :\

I use Firefox, the problem is that auto quality thing
every time I play a video it starts normal but suddenly goes to 144p quality
