Skyfall gets performed all the time on talent shows. It's definitely one of her signature songs now. It's not THE signature song of hers (that's SLY) but it's become a Bond classic.
Oh. I guess we were referring to different groups. I agree with all you said here, it's far from a flop and it is now a Bond classic. However, also as you said, I don't think it is considered to be the Adele song.

I hope Adele doesn't release in the end of May because that's when I have my finals. She can release in the beginning of June though
