Hmm. It all still sounds very fishy to me. And if any of this is true, couldn't Madonna just have said all of this last year when the controversy was still fresh instead of holding her tongue about it? (which isn't very Madonna-like at all). Now, it just seems like she's beating a horse that's been dead and buried already.

Well, he did go on to say that Madonna's merely amusing herself at this point. And remember, Gaga's playing the victim card here, when she hasn't exactly been innocent this whole time herself.

Call me crazy or delusional, but I'm still not convinced that Gaga was even addressing Madonna when she made that speech in Auckland. You could remove Madonna's comments about BTW from the equation and what Gaga said could still apply to anyone who says negative things about her/her music without looking for someone in particular. That's just the way I see it, anyways.

True, it could apply to anyone. After all, she didn't mention any names.

But apparently, Madonna's had the video brought to her attention. Not surprising, considering the media has taken what she said and attributed it directly to MADONNA.

That's pretty much what I've been saying the whole time. Jay said he doesn't know whether Gaga knew or not that Madge liked it before the Email Statement of Doom, a detail which can either make Gaga a liar or Madonna extremely petty.

Either way, I think there's a lot of specifics left unheard so I don't think we can judge just yet. Details will be revealed in due time, but hopefully this will have all blown over by then.

I've kind of stopped caring now that the shock has warn off anyway.

Yeah. It was the initial shock at hearing it more than anything.

But I'm honestly sick of this Gaga v. Madonna thing being dragged up from out of nowhere. It's annoying having to see threads about it. From both our side of the fence, and the Madonna stans.
