I listened to a lot of UV today and it really was a big step forward in her sound compared to BTD.
I don't get that from Honeymoon at all, it's almost like she didn't know where she wanted to go sonically
I disagree. I feel like she knew EXACTLY what she was doing sonically. This is a culmination of every music style she's ever released. A true masterpiece. I don't know how her next release could top this
My favorite tracks would be Salvatore & Music To Watch Boys To. The tracks she's released during the summer are growing on me, however I instantly loved the tracks on the album, which is different from what happened to me with UV. I liked UV on first lsiten but felt disappointed and after a few listens throughout the week I started absolutely loving UV. Maybe that's because Honeymoon is more accessible or something.

Now that I've listened to the whole album I think I find it more cohesive and flows better than I thought it would end up being. HBTB really is the only track that sounds somewhat out of place.
