Agree with this 100%. You really cannot tell yet. Overall she has had less lasting impact than for example Lady Gaga who hasn't been popular for much longer, at least less lasting impact as a celeb and pop music artist. Because her music itself has had a huge impact on the scene, I dare anyone to deny that. But that doesn't say a lot about longevity when it's 3 years we are talking about here. (This is no shade against Gaga, I just chose her because she's easy to compare.)
I think putting up people for this poll who haven't even released 2 proper albums is , because ofc 90% of the voters will say Hasbeen when nobody has seen yet whether or not that artist can be successful at least twice.
What I'd like to vote on this poll on Ke$ha is: future household name at least to the US scene, probably more.
