She's killing it in Europe and with the upcoming release of Rabiosa, the album for sure will have longer longevity on the charts. Only Shakira can sell this much with a Spanish album in Europe, especially in France look at those numbers....

Did you expect the song to debut on the Hot 100 chart? It's a Spanish ballad, it's currently #2 on the Pop Latin Charts.... Shakira has been touring since August of 2010, therefore she hasn't had the chance to fully promote the singles or the album and it's still doing extremely well internationally. Plus, Sale El Sol wasn't released world-wide, only in Latin America.
