Hey gorls,
Excuse the essay but I would like some advice.
I have quit smoking 6 weeks ago and I'm still going strong
. I am now currently on a health kick - drinking tons more water, eating healthier, exercising, etc.
So I have been excercising for the past 2 weeks, where I walk for 40-50 minutes around my local area and trying to lift weights. 2 days ago, I was doing dumbbell deadlifts and since then my lower back has been feeling...weird. Like it's not killing me to walk or stand or anything like that but its just there and I can notice it.
This is probably a stupid question but I was wondering if anyone could tell if that would be like ache from doing the exercise or if its pain from doing it wrong? Does anyone know any good things to help with back ache? And should I continue to exercise with the back ache or no?
I'm just worried and I really want to stick with the momentum I've got going for the moment
Sorry about the stupid questions guys I'm legit retarded when it comes to exercise and the body lol.
