I get the first bit but what does the second part mean? I feel dumb

Musical chairs: you get a list of songs and you are allowed to save a certain number of songs. There are also spots like "IMMUNE", "ELIMINATED" or "VOTE AGAIN". At the end, a certain number of songs (all depending on the host) is eliminated (in this game just 1 per round). So, it's like a first come first served thing.

Survivor: out of the list of the songs remained, you get to save a certain number of songs and to eliminate a certain number of songs (all depending on the host). The host calculates the results and the one with the most "-" votes is out.
