I think he knows he pisses people off because these days he tries to act like he cares more about "health" than thinness, but he got in trouble more than once in the past for making messed up comments about weight and one time he even got all pissy about the backlash.

If it was a regular person, you could say it's a joke, but when the guy is her fitness instructor, nutrition guru, and when he's crazy about his own diet, I don't take it as a joke. He might be saying all that stuff in a joking tone, but he probably really means all of it.

This is kind of worrying. Hopefully her parents and those around her will help her understand what is important. Guys like that are dangerous. I don't mind her being thin as long as she's eating healthy and taking care of herself. Same goes for if she gained weight.

I hope they step in before things go too far because she really has lost a lot of weight and she was already a thin girl to begin with. Her arms and waist are way too tiny.

WTF is wrong with this man? It's obvious that he believes in being thin over being healthy and normal weight. There is nothing attractive about being skinny beyond limit, imo.

On the other hand, she is an adult so she has to come to that realization on her own.

Unless she take takes the initiative [ I hope she's smart enough to do so ] or her family steps in to warn her about Isaac's dumb assery, then we as fans cannot really do anything but express our concerns about her health on twitter/instagram and hope she'll acknowledge us. But I doubt it, she's being brainwashed.
