Let me only point out that this upcoming album is only a confirmation that Gaga and her label both care a lot about success/charts/singles sales.
If they weren't worried, why put out another album?
I actually see alot of truth in this post.. If BTW was doing really well there wouldn't be a need to put out a new album til 2013 or so..

Yeah she never wins at the lower tier award shows tbh.
If you release another album, you better have a smash in your hands à la Bad Romance (I know it didn't reach #1 but I'm talking about relevance and impact).
To be honest, Gaga is the sort of artist who can have a huge tour without huge momentum. She is an in-demand live act, and people will pay to see her for her show. I just think that she needs another album in order to broaden her appeal, rather than keeping to her cult-like following that she has right now.
She needs to bathe in blood in the tour rather than in a hotel
although I never was here for it becoming a single anyways
