IGN reckon its better than the base game. It definitely makes the game feel more complete.
The 3 Careers are really fun, the Retail System needs a bit of tuning but it's fun (like Employees don't work well until your business becomes really good, but to get your business good you need to sell stuff, which is hard to do on your own).
