It's good but not thanks to Selena. It's completely faceless. The fact that she's like five/six albums in and still recording these Rihanna/Britney rejects

Britney's last somewhat successful album only having success due to the Kesha rejected singles
Revival is basically Selena grabbing her copy of In the Zone and asking her A&R department to make her an album like that. Minus the iconic hit, artistry, inimitable vocals, and pop classic status.
Kinda hard to release quality music when you're shackle'd to Dr. Luke.
Either way, yes, it's easy to argue that her music was better than Selena's
even if just for the sheer personality alone. But it's all pop sludge, so...
