I think HR has treated their artists better lately (well Selena and Demi) and I think if Hilary did sign with them again she wouldn't take their crap. The Queen knows what she wants.
Isn't Andre like only exclusive to HR? Or does he manage artists from other labels? I just hope she didn't sign with them tho

I really don't think she went back to HR that would be stupid on her part, I think she's signed to a different label but hired Andre as her personal music manager. That's how I see it anyway.

Every label has some sort of negative aspect to it. Two of the best labels doing pretty good jobs of promo right now are RCA Records (a part of Sony Music) and Republic Records (a part of Universal Music).
Outlaw sounds like it's gonna be a bop!
