All the EPs from Late-Night and afterwards (except for Generations) were amazing and full of new things
no matter how excited I am for Get To Work, I'm still not as excited as I was for most of the sims 3 EPs

The problem with TS3 is that they focused too much on treasure hunting, almost every EP had missions to complete, the ideas were nice but they were poorly executed.

Just letting you guys know. The entire Sims team behind SimCity and Spore were all let go today. The studio behind The Sims 4 is still around but people have been steadily leaving it the past two months. Keep your fingers crossed that everything will stay afloat and buy the expansion if you can.

Only The SimCity team has been let go. Also, the people who left for The Sims 4 are no longer needed (mod of them worked on The Sims 4 UI which has been finalised now).

The Sims 4 is hugely profitable according to EA's CFO which made him green light "Lots of EP's" to start development this year

The game is still charting on Gaming Charts, whereas The Sims 3 had fallen off by now. It may not have had a great start, but it's catching up with longevity

It seems as if they're really putting a lot more thought into the expansions with The Sims 4. I mean just look at the content we're getting with Get to Work compared to most The Sims 3 EPs. We're getting tons more content this time around.

The Sims 4 is shaping up to be the best Sims game yet, definitely better than The Sims 3 and up there with The Sims 2.

I might buy this when Get To Work comes out, it seems like they're really improving things now after a shaky start and they're putting a lot of effort into the expansions!

None of those are recolours. They are all separate and have different styles

So, I finally got around to playing the game, but I didn't get to REALLY play it. I left it until the next day and I keep trying to open the game up but it keeps crashing on the The Sims 4 start up logo. My friend shared his mods with me and I installed them before starting it up, but he's been playing with mods since he got the game with no problem (he's also having this crash problem) so anybody got any ideas?
