I hate it when people think as long as they don't name names in their status, then it'll be totally confidential. It's like...it's usually pretty obvious who you're bitching about. And it only makes whatever the problem is way worse.
These freaking banks are not customer-friendly at all. Giving me a fake smile that I will get my card that their old dusty ATM machine ate by Monday and not even doing anything. They can just pull it out, verify my ID that it's my card. And they were not busy at all, there were no people in the bank. Lazy ass.
