Lazy as in nothing was properly implemented and just added over the top of current Gameplay.
Meh, as much as I love The Sims 3, apart from Ambitions and Late Night, the EP's were bland. Generations for obvious reasons, Pets because it was basically the same idea with new Animals, Seasons was the same as The Sims 2, down to the same objects as well, with some minor exclusive content, Supernatural was just Makin Magic 2.0 with some minor differences, University Life slightly improved the Sims 2 version in some areas while backtracking in others, Island Paradise would have been great had they not brought in the Micro-Stuttering Bug and Generations Bug, and Into The Future isn't really lazy, as it is forced.
Get To Work looks like a more in-depth Ambitions, with elements of Open For Business on the side.
But rather than recycle the same idea, they are re-inventing them.
