I honestly don't get these contracts thing, I really doubt that she personally made those decisions, didn't she like the photos the fans taken on tumblr everyday? And sometimes she reposts those too. I hope her management won't get her more backlash this era.

Taylor needs to just not allow any professional photogs at any concerts. She should and has to retain control of her own pictures and images and if they bitch and moan and give her bad press because they dont like that; just cut all of it out.

unlimited rights to pictures of her taken at her concerts would be a very very bad idea
