No it isn't. The world series had to go to a game 6 so it is getting pre-empted. Just google world series game 6 and it says 8:00 Tuesday on Fox (and baseball games take longer than 1 hour).

The SQ snapchat just posted one hour ago that it was airing after the world series. Getting pre-empted doesn't mean it isn't airing.
