Yeah, I'm seated, though. My sister won't come queue with me since morning for the Monster Pit.

Could you please change the capacity for the Romanian show in the first post on this thread?
It's actually 43.000, not 55k .

My point was that is really not a big deal. As Nikko said, it comes with the benefit of a better view for the audience.
The gross looks promising anyway we look at it. And like it was being discussed, it's weird the venues that were picked for some countries if you put it in contrast with the demand and theirs populations. There are probably some details and events happening that collide with the Tour that we don't know about.

Her European dates are so odd. She's hitting these tiny countries and doing stadiums and that's not smart.

She will near 300 million, maybe she won't top it, but I'd say 250 million is on lock. She has those two huge South African stadium shows, 2xTwickenham, Stade De France, Stade Charles-Ehrmann, Aviva Stadium, Parken Stadium, Arena Nationala (Romania's national stadium) and big venues in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia + she will surely play stadiums in South America.
Those 55K Indonesian tickets would have helped. **** those protesters
And, by the way, I think Bulgarian ticket sales were going fine, considering there people usually to buy tickets last minute and promo usually increases in the few weeks leading to the event. Maybe, after all, it was a scheduling issue like someone said in the other thread. That arena is pretty big, though, compared to some other European venues, like the Italian one (12K)
|
The prices for the South African dates are super, super cheap. Like, I think I did a translation and it was like $35 USD. D:
I think her biggest market will be parts of Europe and North America. Prices are reliant on cost of living so they'll be higher in richer parts. She could also slay in South America!

Ticket are so poorly selling in Bulgaria that even Romanian radio station are offering for free freaking 90 VIP Tickets for her show there if you participate in some kind of competition.
I dont know what to say, it seems that even if the venue has changed there, tickets are still selling bad and there aren't many chances the concert will sell out.

Saitama Super Arena can be considered a stadium (30-35K capacity) and she sold it out three times with massive prices. But Tokyo Dome or Yokohama Stadium would be amazing and she could easily sell them out, basing on this tour's performance. Maybe with cheaper tickets.

Don't worry hun, they'll come up with something to sell it out.. Like when she was in Australia there were several dates that weren't sold out by the time she was alreadu there. Bitch started to make headlines by going to the zoo, casinos, piers, making big arrivals at the airports, etc.. As a matter of fact the second Perth date wasn't sold out the day before of the actual show, she sold those tickets the same day of the show

Don't worry about it. As soon as GaGa arrives at Sofia Airport wearing her most outrageously shocking outfit to date where she will be greeted by massive crowds of fans and paparazzi she will be on the front page of all of the Bulgarian newspapers the following morning and all of the Bulgarian media outlets(tv shows, radio stations, websites) will be reporting her showstopping arrival and then people will be rushing to buy tickets. It's called the GaGa effect.

Plus, she needs to perform outside Tokyo too. A show at the Koshien, Osaka will be interesting.

Both @OcesaColombia and @ColombiaShows are reliable sources and it's kinda obvious the concert they will announce is the Born This Way Ball.
