Now now guys, BTW was hyped to hell and back, so let's not just assume the only reason it got such airplay is due to payola. I don't think we can ever know for sure whether Gaga uses payola and, if so, how much she uses.

That's not payola. That was a clear cut deal with Clear Channel. Not the same thing.
