What gets more ratings: the halftime show or the national anthem? In fact, this brings me back to when the Monsters thought the national anthem was the most-viewed moment of the super bowl, only to be proven wrong later that same day when the actual numbers came out.

All Britney fans care about is numbers and who did more, who got more ratings, etc. Tons of people watched Gaga's performance and it helped shift the public opinion of her. She wasn't even there promoting anything
