Honestly i never paid attention to her music before Roses (I had heard like one song and it didn't captivate me). I think Roses is amazing and it's one of my top 5 albums of the year. I also think that the Crier Tout Bas music video is the best clip of the year.

Crier tout bas is my favourite off of Roses, I also really like Drapeau blanc.
If you want to try some of her older stuff, listen to Comme des enfants from Coeur de Pirate and Place de la République from Blonde.
I did, but I prefer her signing in French. I hope I'm not becoming a separatist
This album was a bit more of a grower for me but it had some great moments. Blonde though

I'd rather hear her singing in French as well. Mais il y avait assez de francais dans l'album. Genre, meme les chansons en Anglais comme Carry On etait traduite en francais.
It's such a good album. (Please tell me you're not a katy perry stan)
