Country charts are very manipulated especially Mediabase. It most cases especially recently, it is like radio songs just line up for their turn at #1. It is run on a point system and not just spins or AI. Labels can manipulate where the spins and AI come from to provide bigger points which is why you will see some huge gains by some songs when it is clear they are peaking.

Because Brad is on the same label as Carrie and Brad is close to peaking. the label will call the radio station and other things to get Brad played which puts Carrie kinda on the back burner as there is only so many spins songs can get. It is a common occurrence on Country charts.

Well of this generation of country girls, she has the most number ones and top tens and is only behind Taylor Swift in album sales.

She's still far behind Faith, Shania, Reba and them and will never reach their album sales.
