If anyone is experiencing what I did, I essentially had like 7 tabs open, then finally one said that no more tickets were available but provided options, I selected the package I wanted and then had to wait for "no more than 11 minutes" which quickly was reduced to 6, then back to 8, and finally it was ready.

It was a very unclear "unlock" strategy but from what I could tell you have to unlock the presale and buy tickets from that, and not the other options even after you unlock. But still I tried so many things so am unsure how it works.

It refreshes automatically but you can always hit F5 at 10 on the dot.

Hm. Depends I guess how many people are there.
When I went (in Montréal which she's now, like OTR is not added to the tour) there was about 3 other people in it with me, and then they filled it a bit with people from General (who later tried to push past me to get to the front and I was like "oh hell no you paid general admission I paid a package fee you can stay 2 people away from the Queen")

The space itself was like a little platform no larger than 7 feet wide. So if you are claustrophobic it may be small, but that also means its not going to be a huge amount of endless people you'll never be able to get out of you know? But that was the BeyPit, different stage so who knows.
