IA, I understand you have the best intentions Kirill but apparantly GaGa changes her mind every 0.34235423452 seconds so I think you should just announce things that are 150% certain, and maybe even only announce previous plans at a later date.
It makes you seem less reliable when they change plans
I mean it doesn't do that to me, but I know people who will think that.
