You can be friends with Matty. That's not the problem itself. There's just obvious privilege that comes along with being close to him such as being able to host a reunion for a game that's not yours in an upcoming games discussion thread. (But I know the rules in the OP changed as soon as that went down).
But hey, at least ANTM is back in the games section so the hierarchy has calmed down a bit.

The posts were jokes, I honestly had no idea Dom was angry, seeing as he playfully (in my eyes) replied "were you an ace?" and I made a joke about Katy Perry. Like I said, it's just banter and if people are taking truth in it, then that speaks more on them. (that maybe there is truth in it from their side).
What privileges have I received though? I only posted the reunion in here because Dom closed his thread and people were upset that they spent time on their questions and such. In fact, Rider was very annoyed at this and even he was in here joining in with the reunion.
This thread is just general Games discussion, the rules in the OP have never changed. And if someone else had a meltdown and closed a thread, anyone else is welcome to come and hold a reunion in here, not just me. I'm sure Matty would co-sign and say that it's not against the rules, if a host closes a thread, to let people come in here and talk about the game.
Not sure why you'd contact me to host a Survivor reunion though, but thanks for thinking of me, like so many others, unfortunately i'm taking a little break from hosting.
