But anyways... iPhone > Samsung. I don't have any respect for phones that doesn't make their own software. Blackberry and iPhone are the only phones i think with their own hardware+software.

I probably going to get the iPhone 6 with 64 GB at Target through Sprint (Unlimited data, calls, & texts )

Hopefully I qualify for credit towards the new phone + employee discount

I never owned a Samsung phone (only prior to the smartphone era). It's just not appealing to me.
Apple pays much attention to the design and the functionality. They don't put out stuff to be the first ones to put it out like Samsung. They wait and develop it and then release it when it has all the support it needs.

Why would I want a 2k display when almost all the apps are 1080p? Why would I want to have 3gb of ram if my OS doesn't even need that much to be just as fast? Samsung fans brag about their phones for specs that they don't even need.

- 4K video, and what do you plan on watching it on? Do you own a 4K TV? 4K monitor? Besides, mobile sensors are such garbage that the quality improvement is barely there.
- Megapixels mean nothing. A 5MP digital camera will take better pictures than a 13MP phone camera. Apple made actual camera improvements instead of just upping the MP.
- Browser speed is relative to your data speed, and Safari has 0 lag.
- Going over 400ppi you won't even be able to tell the difference, it's all placebo effect. The 6 Plus has 401ppi and I dare you to claim a qHD display looks any clearer
- BBOS is from this time? Looks like it's from 2007.
- Yet they haven't made a major push with retailers like Apple has.
- The iOS App Store has more apps.

We're all aware that Apple doesn't stay caught up with Android features and don't care either. I'm not going to use most of the new features, Apple only put them there to appeal to Android users who think they can't live without them and rely on specs and gimmick lists to justify their phone choice.

In the end, people buy iPhones because they have the best build quality, look the best, are the easiest to use, have the best ecosystem, and have the best app selection. The only reason Android has such a large marketshare is because 1) they're cheap and 2) people drool at the spec lists even though their dodecacore processors still produce occasional lag.
