It wasn't all bad. Like Karlos said, it was just too drastic.
She oversexualized the era even though only one song on the album is even remotely sexual.
And I agree with the title, lead single and album cover being misleading.
"Liberty Walk" as an album title sends the same message as "Can't Be Tamed" just in a more mature way, and it's a much better track itself than CBT.
And imagine if the cover was something like this.
CBT was just a series of unfortunate mis-steps after another, but even in her "flop" era she was still infinitely more successful than a lot of other gerls. The fact that she finally buried the era with one of the biggest tours of 2011 didn't hurt either.
