*Latin Top is compiled by tracking the most popular songs sung in any of the five Latin [Romance] Languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian and Romanian); also, artists with Latin roots singing in any language are taken in consideration.
NOTE: Spanish songs get more points due to the misunderstanding of the word "Latin".
Not gonna lie, I just figured out what this is all about and you're the one who tried to follow me on twitter haha
I knew staying in that last.fm group all these years was doing some good! haha
Good job with all of this buddy!
"Envejecido en Barril de Roble" is the first song written and sung
in the Spanish Language to go #01 on an ATRL Chart.
Panda, -A rock Mexican act formed in Monterrey, Nuevo León - ,
just snatched the #01 that Michel Teló had captive during 5 consecutive weeks.
Though, the Latin Top has a lot of songs in Spanish, no other
song could stand atop the tally; Michel Teló power was too big
with his Portuguese song "Ai Se Eu Te Pego". Now 'Pego' goes
down 2 positions and lands below "Dance Again" by Jennifer López
and Pitbull; speaking about them, guess who got the Hot Shot Debut (#04)
and the 2nd highest debut (#08) this week?, yes, it is Pitbull with
"Back in Time", and López along Wisin & Yandel with "Follow the Leader".
Paulina Rubio gets closer to top 5, -though she misses it-, with
her song "Boys Will Be Boys", which just premiered its video days
ago. 3BallMTY goes down (4-5); the future for this song doesn't
discard it as a #01 contender yet.

Haha, thank you!
Yeah, I was the one who tried to follow you XD.
And yes, the last.fm group is helping a lot!
Another Tiziano stan.
I'm not his stan but man! "La Differenza Tra Me E Te" has
so perfect vocals!
I'm Italian, so it's almost natural for me to be a fan.
Tiziano is just adorable and so very talented... It's always great to see his voice gets appreciation from different Countries and people who get into him and realize the passion and the influences in his voice even when they cannot understand the words.
MARINA AND THE DIAMONDS TO DEBUT MORE THAN 10 SONGS
Marina and The Diamonds, -- Welsh singer-songwriter --, managed to
debut a great quantity of tracks of her just-released album Electra Heart;
though the Hot Shot Debut title was stolen by Foster the People and their
song "Houdini" (#25), Marina invaded the tally with 11 songs, 10 of them
belonging to the standard edition of the album which features 12 songs in total
(let's not forget that her first single "Primadonna" has spent 7 weeks so far on
the chart, this week the song goes up to the 15th position).
The song that couldn't debut on the Hot 100 was "Starring Role"; that song lands
on the Bubbling Under at #116. "Radioactive" is the only song off the Deluxe Edition
that debuted this week, the other 3 songs didn't even appear on the Bubbling Under.
Marina is the 3rd act with most debuts in one week (with 11), she's just behind
Lana del Rey and Nicki Minaj, both of them debuted 12 of their songs off their albums Born to Die and Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded in one week, respectively.
In other Chart Highlights, Gotye and Carly Rae Jepsen are still fighting
over the top position of the chart; Nicki Minaj, who just released the video for her
single "Starships", re-peaks (#03); Katy Perry doesn't give up with "Part of Me", which
goes up (5-4); One Direction recovers (8-5); J.Lo and Pitbull lose points (3-6); "Girl
Gone Wild" is about to be gone (6-7); and "We Are Young" by .fun and Janelle Monáe
is not having fun anymore (4-8).
We welcome two songs on the top ten, both acts are visiting the most desired
part of the chart for the first time, they are Train and Carrie Underwood.
Train drives directly to #09 with "Drive By" (up 3 positions), while Carrie flies with
her single "Good Girl" to #10 (up 5 positions). The Wanted says goodbye again to
the Top Ten (9-11) and in a really unexpected move (he just released
his music video, which wasn't well received on ATRL) Justin Bieber plummets (10-18)
The whole ATRL Hot 100 with its Bubbling Under will be published in the upcoming hours.
