This thread is for all ATRL-related discussions.
Here you can:
– Discuss and ask questions about ATRL's rules
– Discuss changes to ATRL or suggest new changes
– Request threads to be closed, merged or opened
– Request other minor things that only the moderators can do for you
– Ask questions about ATRL in general
– Discuss other things that are happening on ATRL

As previously stated, a HR request is required. We shouldn't have to constantly re-explain why things are the way they are, when we've already given an answer.
But for the sake of not being the catty unknown mod, the thread was reported a while back and it cleared. Because the thread cannot be re-reported; an HR request should be submitted so the moderators can discuss a course of action.

Ok, but before I send the HR, why was the report cleared the first time? The song never had a release date. Am I missing some rules I don't know of?

Until this point, there was nothing really told to us to explain the situation. And if the Britney Spears thread has already been discussed, as a moderator they should at least link us to the post when it was talked about. This whole exchange could have been avoided.

Like it has been said multiple times. When a thread get's cleared, it cannot be reported again. We, as Moderators, are not allowed to overturn another Moderators decision, without discussing it as a team. End of.

Here is more of what I'm looking for as an answer. I can understand frustration if this has been asked already, but looking at the rules stated in this forum, and the rules stated to have a single thread stay open, nothing really made sense. But instead of being caustic towards those who asked about it, stating why a moderator can't overturn another moderator's decision (something I didn't know could happen) at least explains why the situation is as it is.
