Teamworld is still on and connected to Sony Music Italy, I think Bandaids Italy is just a division for italian-speaking fans they made cause they have an italian mod and Italy is one one of the few countries that still stans for Avril.
It was unnecessary imo since we already had Teamworld, but let's see how they'll work
