PLEASE lift weights even if it's 3x a week. No one's saying you have to some muscle head, but it'll make the world of difference of how you look (you won't be skinny fat) and how your clothes fit.

I don't really care muscles just yet, but I do muscles building every time I go to the gym with all my cardio exercises. That's what my trainer told me to do, too.

You could focus on cardio, but you need to build muscle/strength as well. For ex. if you're gonna go to the gym for an hour, do 45 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of small muscle exercises. Once you've lost all the fat you want, you're gonna have to build up muscles in small steps anyway so you might as well do it now.

Yeah my dietitian told me today to do weights just so my skin wouldn't sag
I'm so close to having abs. I can see them clearly forming
but my diet always ends up faltering by the end of a month because I'm a broke bitch and ate up all the food I saved up and bought at the beginning of the month.
Now I'm back at fast food more. I'm not eating it alot of bad foods, but still. I want these damn abs but food is so good.
