My guess is its because he is listening too thru the l2mr page. And the mic gets it too. Since its a bit delayed its like he's repeating it after a few seconds.

I was talking about DJ BJ. He is also listening to his own broadcast (which is some seconds delayed) and since the mic is on, we can also hear his stream which gives the illusion that he's repeating what he was saying.
