I Haven't had that many paranormal experiences but a lot of family members have due to the fact that they are superstitious. I remember one time I was walking into my room (during the day) and I heard the grudge noise behind my door. I screamed and I started backing away but I fell, and I couldn't get up, so I just quickly crawled to my kitchen and ran outside with the rest of my family. NO ONE was there in the house with me. What was strange was that feeling of not being fast enough, I couldn't walk for a minute from how scared I was. I told my family and they all laughed at me
Like someone jumping out to scare me. But goes, serial killers, and paranormal activity **** is a NO-NO 
I would be scared for life.
