It happens sometimes.
Lil' Wayne released his album digitally way before he released it physically.
It's easier for artists to manufacture and sell digital albums since there are no materials.

I'm surprised it's doing so well in the U.S. I didn't know she had that much exposure. I hear 212 on Hot 97 every once in a while but it's always late at night I never hear it during the day.
