if you were getting that many copyright notices, you'd have second thoughts
the biggest issue was the fact that he accepted donations; companies can stretch that into "oh he's charging people for our tracks" so it's easier to get takedown notices...in reality the donations were just to pay for single copies of the tracks -_-
I thought the guy that ran those sites died or something but I see him on last.fm all the time. Like bitch wtf you are needed and missed.
If you're talking about the last.fm user BEST-FICTION thinking it was the guy who ran the blog then it's not him. I find it weird how they just stopped updating the blog all of a sudden though... I mean, why wouldn't you at least give the people who used the blog a notice? Maybe he really is dead
4Minute's '물 좋아? (Is it Poppin'?) deemed inappropriate by KBS because of the lyrics: 'Get your big ASS home right now'. the word "ASS"
cr:gnia2011
The actual lyrics was "엉덩이 비속어 걸려' This sentence causes problem (according to KBS) The word 엉덩 means ass!
Add'l info: Because of KBS, Cube plans to adjust the lyrics by deleting the inappropriate word
cr:4NSETH
Still not as ridiculous as KBS not announcing a K-chart winner for the third week of May... a lesser company would probably ban their artists from appearing on that show by now.
Ministry of Defense looking into dissolving celebrity recruits
Quote:
The Ministry of Defense has begun a thorough investigation into celebrity recruits.
On June 26, YTN reported, "The Ministry of Defense started an investigation right away after the report surfaced that some of the celebrity recruits went to visit a massage parlor after their performance. The investigation will check if the celebrity recruits left their dorms without permission, and if they performed acts that harmed the image of soldiers at adult entertainment establishments and other places."
They added, "The Defense Media Agency, who is under the Ministry of Defense and manages the celebrity recruits, will also be held responsible. They are also currently considering getting rid of celebrity recruits completely, who seem to keep having problems."
The Minster of Defense himself ordered the investigation, and this time, the minister's office themselves will be conducting the investigation rather than the military police. If any kind of laws are found to be broken, they will be faced with strict disciplinary punishment.
