Then don't listen to it lol
I'm not judging you, I understand the feeling of waiting til the album comes out and hearing it as a whole. It's just funny to see people freak out negatively about getting new music.
If it honestly is the best song on the album then doesn't it make perfect sense for them to release it, from a marketing standpoint? So good on them.
Even if I tried not to listen to it I couldn't do it. I'm just waaay to curious.
If Edge Of Glory is released to Itunes on Monday it will get a full week of sales and debut higher than Judas on the hot 100 which would be a disaster. I hope TEOG isn't an emergancy single because thats what it sounds. Since when do album tracks premiere on radio stations?
"The Edge of Glory" and "Hair" are currently the only confirmed promo singles.
I kinda think it's silly to not released "Yoü and I" as a promo single as well considering it was just performed on both Idol and Oprah.
It is silly.

The fact that they even send it to radio stations already.

It's not about singles' chart performance. it's about putting out tons of great music to have huge album sales.

But if TEOG debuts in the top 10 on the Hot 100 which it will if it gets a full week of sales Juads the situation will be a mess because radio stations will be torn between playing Judas and TEOG. & I honestly dont think putting out extra music before the album will effect its sales that much.
Promo singles...they are just that. By sending it out to radios, they get more people (other than monsters) interested in buying the album. It is the month of Gaga and she's going to be everywhere
