DEAR LORD BOTH THE CANDIDATES HAVE SO MUCH **** GOING AGAINST THEM?

I'll still vote for Hillary, simply because I think the Dems are simply more up to date on how to rule a country in the world. It's quite unlikely for me to give my vote to the republican party as long as they continue with some of their dated views, add on someone like Trump and it's a recipe for disaster.

I want this to be over already and I need Trump to not be the president.

Guess my parents' opinion on gay marriage changed because they need to be accepted by American voters even though they are in no way public figures.

i remember when i was against gay marriage in the mid 2000s lol


even though i'm a gay man i was under the opinion that it wasn't necessary etc and i was a teenager too, and teenagers always think they're right, but i know gay men today that don't care about gay marriage. it's not like she was against gay couples, it was the political climate at the time. civil unions were the thing to support. in fact the messiah bernie sanders supported civil unions over marriage in 2006 too.


i'm only 24 right now but i feel like a lot of younger voters (ie. 18,19,etc) don't realize this and are choosing to drag hillary over something that none of her peers supported either.

also hillary did amazing things for the trans community while secretary of state. so i will never doubt her support of the lgbt community and if you do you're looking for excuses to hate her, that are either supported by mindless absorption of what you're being told or you don't want a woman in office

I kinda thought the same although I'm a few years younger. I thought civil unions was the big thing we were meant to work for and that marriage was suppose to be a traditional thing. But it wasn't until like 2013 I heard convincing arguments for gay marriage and it just seem silly to dismiss it at that point.
