her team managed to book her VMA slot, that's impressive already
i think it's just her not pushing herself further, even I can think of many ways to make that performance a lot better but it's by no mean a bad performance, and it helped the song + album so....
maybe next era she will be back fully iconic
consider this a BOMT performance, not bad, not iconic, just good she can handle something like that in her career

the face shot is not really the way to go. when you buy it to the store you are somewhat afraid to be judged because of what you bought and that's what stops people from buying.
we all know liking britney now in this age isn't considered cool. i think it would be better if they just do a simple cover a little bit artsy or something simple. aka Anti, Bey's Cover's , or atleast the magazine shoot that's flawless. the face shots are just not working for sales.

Around where I live in the U.S., it's cute and all to like Britney's old nostalgic hits, but if you were to fully admit your standom, people might take your music tastes a little less seriously. For all of her likable public persona, she is not highly regarded as a "quality" music act by the average person on the street, so I get why someone might think it's "uncool" to like her, even now.
I bought the physical today, and the artwork looks so much better in real life. Also I love Make Me... now, I can't get it out of my head. Few days ago I thought it's like her worst song. Life is good. Godney is real.
