Not Enough is written by Avril and Evan and even back when Avril wanted Black Star as the first single it was written by Avril alone.

I don't think Black Star or Not Enough should be the first single. RCA make a right move when they chose WTH as the first/buzz single but i really think they should have released the second/real first/promo single right before the album was out
