This isn't about Katy, Gaga, or Rihanna though, this is about Beyonce and her lack of #1's despite all of the money and hype that has presumably been spent to make sure that she is a hot topic and that she does chart well and garner #1 single success.
I think her team will predict what'll be popular (just like they always do post Rated R) in the next 6 months after the projected release day.
It will be good though, as usual.
