No one helped Maggie because no one other than Desiree in that group even had any contact with her. Desiree told Maggie that if she found out she had anything to do with hurting the freaks, she'd kill her. I'm sure the freaks were glad she told them about Stanley, but it still doesn't negate the fact that she helped him, and knew full well he intended on having Ma Petite killed.

They also were backstage, so by the time they even realized what was happening, Homegirl was already serving Bette and Dot realness.

And now getting to Elsa, it was shown in Bullseye that they already didn't trust her after she dropped the twins off to Dandy. Even though some probably believed what Dot said, they still saw her throw a knife at Paul. Not to mention when Stanley told them she killed Ethel, of course they were going to put two and two together and realize what happened.

Yall just need every damn thing spelled out for you and shown on screen, you can't make assumptions for yourselves or imagine thinks happening BTS.

Like damn.

I legit can't believe people are nitpicking at this when these exact type of situations have existed since season one.

If i'm looking for quality television i'll switch over to The Good Wife or Game of Thrones.

This show has always been mediocre at best (Even in its prime)... of course the damn writing is poor and the story is all over the place.

Ya'll can try to erase history and pretend like Murder House and Asylum are amazing works of art but that simply isn't the case.

If i'm looking for quality television i'll switch over to The Good Wife or Game of Thrones.

This show has always been mediocre at best (Even in its prime)... of course the damn writing is poor and the story is all over the place.

I don't watch it for Horror or the amazing writing, I watch it for the complex characters and the worlds that each season creates. It's just ****ing fun to watch and see these great actors go at each other each year, along with some amazing plots.

Murder House was extremely creative but a ****ing mess tbh, pretty much a Soap Opera.

Asylum was amazingly dark and twisted, but they took 5 seasons worth of material and threw it in a blender and out popped the scripts.

Coven was a thrill ride from start to finish, but Ryan Murphy and his ADD threw plots in every second, but none of them really stuck.

Freak Show is quite a different show in comparison, its grimy, a bit slower and more of a drama. But unlike past seasons where everything was finished by Episode 10, Freak Show picked up momentum in its last arc.

Each season is amazing, messy and unique. That's why this is my fave show.

It's just frustrating, because I love this show, and each season I keep expecting something well thought-out, and I expect the parts that slay me at the beginning to continue through, but then by this point, they fall flat and you can tell Ryan realized his fantasies had to have endings so he scrapped them together.

Freak Show is definitely a slow burner... I didn't really understand what the central plot was until I went back and read the show synopsis.

Ryan didn't lie when he said this season was going to be about a Freak Show's struggle to survive.
