Hello Castaways! Welcome to the last Results Show before we take our little Christmas Break. It's that time to reveal your scores for the 14th Round of the game as well as the 4th round of the merge! For this round, you will have a total of 80 points possible. A total of 20 per judge. Each song is worth 4 points. I will start with my rates and end with Anna's. Alright?
Let's get started...
Sleiani
Dylan

Dillon - Sunny California Beach Day
-> Britney Spears - Seal It With a Kiss
-> Azealia Banks - Paradiso
-> Jessie J - Domino
-> Nicki Minaj - Whip It
-> Ke$ha - Tik Tok
Seal It With A Kiss - 3.5 - I love the song but I'm not so sure about this one while relaxing on the beach. However, it is one of my favorite Femme Fatale tracks. Pretty underrated on ATRL.
Paradiso - 2 - It's not even a song I really don't like Azealia either. This was the only bad choice on the list Scene.
Domino - 4 - Is it bad that I like this more than any Katy Perry single? Maybe but I really don't care. I love the song and I'd definitely listen to this one on one of those beach days.
Whip It - 4 - Once again, is it bad that I just got into this gem? It's so good though. Any of the Pop side of PFRR would have worked for this theme.
TiK ToK - 4 - Ke$ha isn't really the beachy artist but this song is just a party song in general so it works with basically any type of party theme.
Total: 17.5/20
You got this right for the most part. The only let down was the Azealia track. Other than that, great job.

* A playlist for Dylan when he has found his first real love.
1. Fall In Love - Rita Ora
2. Silver Lining (Crazy Bout You) - Jessie J
3. Right There - Nicole Scherzinger
4. Teenage Dream - Katy Perry
5. Smile - Avril Lavigne
Fall In Love - 2 - I used to hate this track and wondered why she even put it on Ora. It grew on me a little bit. Howver, it's still not something i'll be listening to when that time comes.
Silver Lining (Crazy Bout You) - 3 - Never heard this one before. It's cute. I could listen to this one in this situation.
Right There - 4 I love this song so much. Dirty though But yes it fits what I was looking for for sure.
Teenage Dream - 4 - My favorite Katy Perry song. It will porbably remain that way too. I just love this one and it's so perfect for the scenario.
Smile - 4 - I love this song and it kind of goes hand in hand with some of the peple in my life. Nice choice.
Total: 17/20
I really liked your last three tracks. The first two could have been better. Pretty good list.

If I Had You by Adam Lambert
Where Have You Been by Rihanna
I’m Into You by Jennifer Lopez
Love Like This by Natasha Bedingfield
Love on Top by Beyonce
If I Had You - 2.5 - I guess this could work. It seems so cheesy though. I like the song but I would feel so corny listening to this while in love.
WWhere Have You Been - 2 - I don't think anyone really thinks of this song as a love song. I just pop my invisibly ***** to this to be honest.
I'm Into You - 3 - This reminds me of Right There by Nicole Scherzinger. This one works for the scenario. Not great but it's good.
Love Like This - 4 - I'm sappy. Yeah, I know I'm nto just about sex. This is so cute. Great pick. I love Natasha.
Love On Top - 4 - This is a cute choice. One of the only songs I liked instantly from 4. Good.
Total: 15/20
Not feeling this one to much to be honest. Only 2 maybe 3 of the tracks would actually work. Decent job.

Dylan In Love:
1. Colbie Caillat - Fallin For You
2. Britney Spears - You Drive Me Crazy
3. Paris Hilton - Stars are Blind
4. Ke$ha - Your Love is My Drug
5. Jessie J - L.O.V.E
Fallin For You - 4 - I love Colbie This is definitely a cute song to listen to when you're falling hard for someone.
You Drive Me Crazy - 2.5 - I would have prefered Sometimes. Crazy is just a dance track to me. Nothing more.
Stars Are Blind - 3.5 Ok I think everyone would love Paris if her name wasn't on her music laugh: This song is cute and no matter what anyone says, the girl had some great production on this track.
Your Love Is My Drug - 4 - Yes Yes Yes! This is actually one of my favorite Ke$ha tracks period. It goes along with this scenario obviously. Great.
L.O.V.E. - 2 - Sorry this is my least favorite Jessie track. I think its the only one off the album that I don't use.
Total: 16/20
The playlist was good. 2 of the tracks could have been replaced easily. Overall, it was more than decent.

Dylan's playlist: Beach
1. Hot In Herre - Nelly
2. Get Busy - Sean Paul
3. Hollaback Girl - Gwen Stefani
4. Promiscuous - Nelly Furtado
5. California Gurls - Katy Perry
Hot In Herre - 3 - I guess it's hot on the beach? This is more of a club thing but I can see some ghetto group jamming to this in their van that they all crammed in to get into the beach for the price of 1 car
Get Busy - 3.5 - The reggae feel is nice. I always liked Sean. Good choice iggie.
Hollaback Girl - 2 - I don't see anything that reminds me of the beach with this one....it's a great song but...no.
Promiscuous - 2 - This is for the clubs and the clubs only. I feel like you missed the mark with my category at least.
California Gurls - 4 - Yeah as cheesy and predictable as this is, it's the perfect choice for this scenario. Basic but it works nevertheless.
Total: 14.5/20
Like I said, you went in a club direction more than the sunnny beach direction. It was decent, but could have been so much better.

* A playlist for Dylan for a day on the beach in Sunny California.
-Pontoon (Little Big Town)
-Settle Down(No Doubt)
-Ai Se Eu Te Pego(Michael Telo)
-Something Good Can Work (Two Door Cinema Club)
-Umbrella Beach (Owl City)
Pontoon - 4 - It's definitely for the beach. It's not something I'd listen to but I'm sure my family would play this like on a boat or something.
Settle Down - 3.5 - I didn't really like this song but now i do. It has the kinda reggae beats. I can see it being played at some late night beach party.
Ai Se Eu Te Pego - 1 - RACISM is not appreciated. But seriously, NO.
Something Good Can Work - 4 - OMG I love this song! I heard it awhile ago. It's so cute. Good choice.
Umbrella Beach - 2.5 - It goes with the beach scene obviously but it's not something I'll be jamming along to on the beach. Good Time was the better choice.
Total: 15/20
I don't know this was all over the place. I was expecting more from you. Sorry. It was decent.

Ray - Night Out on the Town
-> Ke$ha - V.I.P.
Ray: 1.5/4. “I can easily jam to this but to be honest I can think of at least 10 Ke$ha songs I’d rather party to than this.”
-> Cobra Starship - You Make Me Feel...
Ray: 2.6/4. “Cute bop, but that’s about it..”
-> Rihanna - S&M
Ray: 3.7/4. “Yes! One of my favorite Dance-pop Rihanna songs, I’d definitely sing along to her “I like it, like it” hums.”
-> Trey Songz - Bottoms Up
Ray: 4/4. “You hit my weak spot. Bottoms Up is probably the best song in this playlist. Love it to death and it’s exactly the kind of song I’d bop to on Friday nights.”
-> Usher – Scream
Ray: 3.2/4. “Not bad.. but then again, I’d rather bop to other Usher pop-esque songs like OMG, rather than Scream. Still, not a bad entry.”

1. Hold It Against Me - Britney Spears
Ray: 2/4. “Yes the lyrics are basically about being horny and stuff, but this is too much radio-friendly for this to work on me.”
2. Girl Gone Wild - Madonna
Ray: 2/4. “I’d rather have GGW on my Night-out playlist than on my horny playlist. Still, not that bad of a choice.”
3. Skin - Rihanna
Ray: 4/4. “This is actually my favorite “horny muchacho” jam out of all songs that exist. Skin is such a sultry and smooth song, perfect for love-making. Flawless song.
4. Beautiful Sinner - Nicki Minaj
Ray: 1/4. “Nicki on this is so loud and annoying, specially on the hook. My least favorite song on PFRR, I woudn’t do anything with this song at all.”
5. Hypnotico - Jennifer Lopez
Ray: 2/4. “Once again, I find this song an album gem, truly a great song, but I feel it was made for clubs and radio, not for me being horny.”

I Endorse These Strippers by Nicki Minaj ft. Tyga
Ray: 0.5 / 4. “Adam.. I’m trynna get horny, not ratchet.”
Me & U by Cassie
Ray: 4/4. “This is what I’m talking about! This are the type of songs I’d play on bed. Me & U’s production is flawless and the beat is smooth and sultry enough for me to get it on. Great choice, Adam.”
I’m a Slave 4 U by Britney Spears
Ray: 3.5/4. “This is basically a classic for all horny playlists, it’s a shoe-in selection so you can’t go wrong here.”
Get Naked (I Got A Plan) by Britney Spears
Ray: 3/4. “I actually love this song, but the fact it follows another Britney song in the playlist annoys me. The lyrics in this are so sexy so it definitely was a great choice.”
Only Girl (in the World) by Rihanna
Ray: 4/4. “I know this may sound odd considering the songs I’ve given good scores too, but OG has this kind of vibe that even though it’s pure dance-pop, it’s also great for bed and gives you that extra push or oomph when you need it. My girlfriend would love this better than me, though. She’d probably connect with the song more than I would.”

Nicki Minaj - Super Bass
Ray: 2.5/4. “You guys know I love Nicki and Super Bass is my favorite song of all-time, but I’m not sure if it’s ideal for horny occasions. I’d probably be too distracted singing and rapping along.”
Missy Elliot - I'm Really Hot
Ray: 3/4. “Once again, great song… but note sure if I’d be able to have full focus on my girl rather than on the rap in the song.”
Beyonce Knowles - Naughty Girl
Ray: 4/4. “Probably one of Beyonce’s more seductive songs, and her voice on this sounds like it, so it works for me.”
Drake - Shut It Down
Ray: 4/4. “This is what I’m talking about!! What a song Adrian, best entry so far! I’m shocked you even sent this as it’s not a single or anything, excellent choice, very smooth!”

Lady Gaga - "Heavy Metal Lover"
Ray: 4/4. “There’s something about Heavy Metal Lover that gets me everytime, and the production is so smooth that this definetely works.”
Rihanna - "Rude Boy"
Ray: 4/4. “Yaaaaaaaaaaas! There are no comments to illustrate how much this song would work while someone’s horny.”
Washed Out - "Feel It All Around"
Ray: 2.5/4. “Meh. It’s good and lyrics are great but just okayish to me to be honest.”
Florence + the Machine - "What The Water Gave Me"
Ray: 3.5/4. “Florence + the Machine is my favorite band of all-time, and I swear I love each and every song by them, although I’m not sure if this is a good song following the previously chosen songs. WTWGM is still flawless nevertheless, and the “laaay me dooooooown” part always gets me.”

2. Shots - LMFAO

3. Midnight City - M83
Ray: 1/4 – “I happen to love this song, heard it a while back and found the production amazing, although I play this while doing my homework not while going on a night out.”
4. Pursuit of Happiness (Steve Aoki Remix) - Kid Cudi
Ray: 4/4. “Yas Iggie you redeemed yourself, Aoki remixed this hella good, and created a club and car banger. Excellent!

Masquarade – Nicki Minaj
Ray: 4/4. “I know this song by heart, and I can’t believe Nicki paid dust to this flawless bop. It’s time to masqueradeeeee. I stan vividly for this. Definetely a song for a night out on the town.”
Pour It Up – Rihanna
Ray: 4/4. “RATCHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET! This comes up and I swear all the girls I’m with start popping their p*ssies to this lol. Loved the inclusion of a song like this and the right Pop/Urban mix you’re doing for me DD.”
Suave – Nayer Ft Pitbull Mohambi
Ray: 3.5/4 “Caliente! I can’t stand Pitbull but honestly if this was sung by someone not as irrelevant as Nayer, this would’ve probably smashed.”
Hell Yeah Ft. Parker – Nicki Minaj –

Anna - TheSeenScene - 8/20
judging from your songs I'm the one who dumped the guy. I think you might have misinterpreted this round.
-> Beyoncé - Best Thing I Never Had: 2/4
it's okay for the general break-up theme, but I don't think I'd listen to this if I were unhappy about breaking up.
-> Avril Lavigne - What The Hell: 0.5/4
sorry, no. not my type of music (the song, not Avril) and I don't really see it fitting the theme, either.
-> Britney Spears - Stronger: 2.5/4
very empowering and good to get over someone, however I'd rather listen to it if I were the one who dumped the guy, not the other way round.
-> Kelly Clarkson - Stronger: 2.5/4
another self-empowerment anthem, this time from the queen of self-empowerment anthems Kelly Clarkson. kinda the same as Britney's Stronger.
-> P!nk - You and Your Hand: 0.5/4
great song, but for me it doesn't have anything to do with being dumped and I wouldn't listen to it in that situation.
|

Anna - MWB - 16.5/20
you sent in pretty generic choices, universal party songs that almost everyone would dance to, so there's not much that could have gone wrong.
1. Beauty And The Beat - Justin Bieber / Nicki Minaj: 3.5/4
I have a love/hate relationship with this song but I would dance to this.
2. Give Me Everything - Pitbull: 3/4
this is my first time hearing this song. it's kinda generic but it would get me moving and into the right mood.
3. Don't Stop The Music - Rihanna: 4/4
I love Rihanna and this song is like a party anthem. perfect.
4. Call My Name - Cheryl: 4/4
hell yeah! this is a total dance smash. I wouldn't be able to sit still while this song plays in a club.
5. Moves Like Jagger - Maroon 5: 2/4
it's a cute song, something I'd listen to before a party.
|
Quote:
Anna - AdamAL4 - 13/20
your choices definitely meet my taste, however most of them aren't quite on point for the theme. maybe you should have paid more attention to that.
1. You Know You Like It by AlunaGeorge: 3.5/4
ah, isn't that the band you showed me? it makes me wanna move and I think it would sound huge in a club, with the bass turned up real loud.
2. Siberia by LIGHTS: 2/4
if you take the expression "a night out on the town" literally as in, walking around town in the dark, then this song fits perfectly. it would also work as a warm-up song, to get into a good mood driving to the club or something.
3. Figure 8 by Ellie Goulding: 4/4
yes! I'd love to hear and dance to this in a club!
4. Bubblegum Bitch by Marina & the Diamonds: 1/4
I love the song, but I don't associate it with going out and having a good time at all.
5. Somewhere in Neverland by All Time Low: 2.5/4
Idk. I could rock out to this, but rather at a concert than a club.
|
Quote:
Anna - Adr -17/20
another near perfect round from you, I'm impressed! you really know what I like when I go out, nice job.
Skrillex - Ruffnex: 3.5/4
hell yeah! I'd break the dancefloor if this came on!
The Wanted - Chasing the Sun: 2.5/4
it has something that makes you want to move and I bet it's good to dance to. not my preferred dancing music but it works.
Kings of Leon - Sex on Fire: 4/4
I used to freak out when they played this song in the club, it's great to dance to.
Cults - Go Outside: 4/4
this song is kinda relaxing and soothing, so this would be perfect to maybe take a break from dancing and get something to drink at the bar. I heard this type of song at indie discos all the time and I loved it.
Lana del Rey - Ride: 3/4
obviously not a club banger, I'd listen to this on my iPod in the car home when I'm already half asleep after being so exhausted from dancing. great end for a club night.
|
Quote:
Anna - iggie45 - 10/20
I can tell you really put a lot of effort into this list and you came up with some original choices, which I appreciate. however, some of those were just a bit off.
1. Breakeven - The Script: 2.5/4
I like this song, it's nice to see the situation from the POV of a guy. however, for some reason I just don't fully connect with it, it's not as saddening as I'd want it to be.
2. Goodbye to You - Michelle Branch: 4/4
this song is amazing and it would definitely make me cry if I'd been dumped.
3. Last to Know - Three Days Grace: 2/4
I immediately like this, but I'm not quite sure how it relates to the theme, I feel like he's more talking to the new person his gf is dating and warning them about her.
4. How You Remind Me - Nickelback: 1/4
I never thought about the meaning of this song so I never would have associated it with breaking up or being dumped.. I can see how it's talking about a failed relationship but I wouldn't use it in this context.
5. Honestly - Kelly Clarkson: 0.5/4
this doesn't relate to a break-up for me at all, sorry.
|
Quote:
Anna - DripDrip - 11/20
kinda the same like iggie, you made an effort with this but I just can't relate some of these songs to the theme. I wish you'd had the opportunity to explain your choices so that I could understand them better.
Please Don't Leave Me – P!nk: 3.5/4
this is interesting and definitely a sad song. if I felt like my bf leaving was my fault, I'd definitely listen to this.
Bulletproof Love – Pierce The Veil: 4/4
yes yes yes, and not just because it's a PTV song. I love the contrast of the upbeat music and the sad lyrics, there's a lot of desperation there and you can also hear it in his voice.
Last Goodbye – Ke$ha: 2/4
this is about the end of a relationship and I like the song. however it's a bit too mellow for me, it's like she's okay with the break-up and that's not what I think the situation is here.
Just Tonight – The Pretty Reckless: 1/4
I freaking love this song so much! it gives me goosebumps every single time. I don't really feel this being about being dumped, though, sorry.
Shake It Out – Florence In The Machine: 0.5/4
this seems to be more about addiction or something along those lines than a terminated relationship, and it's also pretty positive and motivational, so if anything it could be a song for the stage where I'm already over the guy.
|

Anna - SyntaxError - 16/20
you did quite well this round, coming up with choices I didn't necessarily expect and providing a nice playlist.
-Don’t Speak (No Doubt): 4/4
perfect song for the occasion, iconic even. I'd have this on repeat forever.
-Irreplaceable (Beyonce): 2/4
in TSS's critique I said that this is the break-up song from Bey I prefer, but my problem here is that it doesn't quite fit in with the other songs you chose. it would be good if I were happy about the break-up, but your other choices suggest otherwise.
-You Oughta Know(Alanis Morissette): 4/4
this is a great song and it really fits, it's angsty and would be good to deal with the pain of a break-up.
-Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart (Alicia Keys): 4/4
this is so sad, hence it's a great choice. it's my first time hearing this song but it's very touching.
-Believe (Cher): 2/4
pretty much the same as Irreplaceable, a little bit too positive for a situation where I'd just wanna cry my eyes out and be sad.
|

Anna - ImARudeBoy - 8.5/20
I don't know what happened here. you sent in two artists I'm not that into and then two songs from the same artists, when you had so much to choose from. I'm disappointed tbh.
We Found Love - Rihanna featuring Calvin Harris: 3/4
easy choice, I guess everyone would dance to this unless they hate Rihanna.
Marry The Night - Lady Gaga: 1/4
this is cute but no. I don't listen to BTW Gaga and I wouldn't dance to this, it seems kinda boring.
Friday Night - Lily Allen: 2/4
something I'd listen to before going out, I guess. Lily Allen doesn't really come to mind when I think of clubbing and partying.
Cheers (Drink To That) - Rihanna: 2.5/4
I like this song but it's not danceable, so that reduces its potential as the soundtrack for a night out drastically. maybe in a more laid back moment, where I'd sit down and just have a couple of drinks.
Live While We're Young - One Direction: 0/4
I don't know how old you think I am, but I am not in high school anymore so no. I would not listen to this and I wouldn't dance to it either.

Anna - Stevie - 18/20
I had high hopes in you, Stevie, because I think our music tastes are pretty similar, and you did not disappoint me. well done.
P!nk - "Get The Party Started": 2.5/4
this song would work for while I'm preparing to go out, getting dressed and everything. good start.
The New P*rnographers - "Twin Cinema": 3.5/4
if this song came on while I'm on the dancefloor, I'd pause for a moment because I don't know it, but I'd decide to dance to it anyway. it sounds cute.
Santigold - "Say Aha": 4/4
I don't think it's possible to not move to this song. you can also sing along to it nicely which is a big plus.
Katy B - "Katy On A Mission": 4/4
thanks for the reminder to check out Katy B! I can totally see myself dancing to this, I love that it's a bit slower but still hits hard with the synth beat.
The Strokes - "Last Nite": 4/4
I used to go to this indie club with my friend and Last Nite was always one of the first songs on the DJ's playlist, early in the evening when there was barely anyone there. I always went crazy to it even though I was the only one on the dancefloor most of the time. perfect choice.

All your choices were good, although I think Whitney's "I Will Always Love You" doesn't quite fits on the scenario since it's a song when Whitney leaves the man even tho she loves him. Nonetheless I think you did a great!

Nonetheless, I heard all your choices and I loved "15 step", probably my favorite from them all.

Interesting choices, specially B.o.B since I don't really think I would hear him when after falling in love, the song is cute tho. My favorite was "Fantasy" by Mariah, now that's a song I will definitely hear when I'm in love.

Your total scores will be announced among the leader board. You will not have an average but a total sum of points with the most being 80 points total. The contestant who comes in 1st will be immune as always. The others will be up for elimination at Tribal Council.
However, before we start we have some business to officially take care of...
The fifteenth person eliminated from Survivor: ATRL Edition Season 2 and the 3rd member of the Jury is.......
iLukey

iLukey The journey ends here...however, not because you were eliminated. We're sad to see you go as you were one of the strongest players and I would have loved to see how the game turned out with you in it still. I had never seen you before until this game so I'm very glad you signed up. Thanks for playing and have a good vacation in Bali. See you around!
-Dylan

Next time, please make it more obvious we had to match it with their taste, I thought this was just about a damn playlist.

Thank you very much I thought of the pun myself.
This round you will be creating mini playlsts for the judges based on different scanarios and the moods that come along with them. between the both of you. Each playlist will consist of 5 songs. You will be doing four playlists which gives you a total of 20 tracks submitted in the final product of the entry. Obviously, the judges tastes need to be taken into consideration.I do not need an explanation as to why each song was picked. It will be ignored.
Below will be the scenarios each of you have been assigned. 5 of you have been assigned the first batch of scenarios. 5 of you have been assigned the other group of scenarios.
You complete all 4 scenarios. I just divided you two into groups to vary the playlists.
You will not be judged in groups. It is an individual challenge.

INTO CONSIDERATION. THAT DOESN'T EQUAL "THIS CHALLENGE IS PURELY BASED ON THE JUDGES TASTE".

I know this is unrelated but is that a subliminal message or an innuendo about ARTPOP?

You know those moods when you are just really sad and really pissed off?
That's what I'm kind of in right now. Best if I just get some sleep.
